Most companies own one link in the chain and hand you off for the rest. United Mercantile & Trading is built differently. We run the full sequence in-house, which is what lets us step in wherever you need us, and step back out wherever you don't.

Idea & concept
It starts with a product concept, whether ours or yours. We pressure-test whether it can be made, sold, and run as a business before anything gets built.

Product & CAD design
We turn the concept into a real, manufacturable design: product design and CAD worked through to production-ready specifications.

Manufacturing
The design goes to vetted manufacturers. We manage sampling, hold the quality standard, and control the production run from first sample to finished goods.

Fulfillment & warehousing
Finished product ships to the warehouse, positioned for the markets it will sell into.

The product goes to market, starting with Amazon and extending to other channels as it makes sense. Listings, positioning, and pricing built to convert.

When you have the idea but not the apparatus
There's one more way to work with us, and it's for people with a product idea and no infrastructure to build it.
If you have something promising but lack the design, manufacturing, selling, and marketing apparatus to bring it to life, we can be that apparatus. We develop the product end to end and share in the outcome. You bring the idea; we bring everything required to turn it into a product on the market. The exact structure depends on the product and the arrangement, and we work that out together, in writing, before any work begins.
